Heard Sri V.V. Prabhakara Rao, Sri Vedula Venkataramana and the Assistant Government Pleader for the parties.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that with the passage of time, issuance of G.O.Ms.No.7, dated 16/3/2013 and due to the fact that the petitioners applied for grant of permission under G.O.Ms.No.7, dated 16/3/2013, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

3. The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. The interim order granted on 03/2/2009 in WPMP.No. 32330 of 2008 is vacated.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
