HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY Tr.CMP.No.696 OF 2015 ORDER :

This transfer petition is filed to withdraw O.S.No.149 of 2014 on the file of VI Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Medchal and transfer the same to the Court of XXV Addl. Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad to be tried along with O.S.No.1002 of 2014 filed by the petitioner herein against the respondent. When this transfer petition is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel stated that apart from O.S.No.149 of 2014 and OS No.1002 of 2014, one more suit i.e., O.S.No.104 of 2014 is also instituted by the respondent on the file of V Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar is also in respect of the same suit schedule property as in O.S.Nos.149 of 2014 and OS No.1002 of 2014 and that all the three suits should be tried together in order to avoid conflicting judgments.

Since all the suits are inter linked and pertaining to the same suit schedule property, O.S.No.149 of 2014 on the file of VI Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Medchal and O.S.No.104 of 2014 pending on the file of V Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, be transferred to the Court of XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to be tried along with O.S.No.1002 of 2014.

Accordingly, this Transfer CMP is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
