THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14777 OF 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the show cause notice dated 01.05.2013 issued by the 2nd respondent wherein the petitioners were asked to submit explanation within ten days as to why action should not be initiated against them and also directed the petitioners, till such time, not to make any admissions for first year degree courses for the academic year 2013-2014.

This Court on 15.05.2013 while admitting the writ petition passed interim order permitting the petitioners to make admissions to the first year degree courses for the academic year 2013-2014.

No counter affidavit is filed.

By way of interim order, the relief sought in the writ petition is already worked out, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the interim order dated 15.05.2013. However, since it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have submitted explanations to the impugned show cause notice, this order

will not preclude the competent authority from passing final orders and taking action according to law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
