HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 14867 OF 2003 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been contended by the Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was illegally terminated vide proceedings dated 8.7.2003 and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 22.07.2003 and by virtue of the said interim orders, the petitioner is being continued. It has been further contended that vacate stay petition was filed and the same was also dismissed on 5.11.2003.

In view of the interim orders, this Court is of the considered view that, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
