This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 13.04.2012 in W.P.No.8923 of 2012. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 13.04.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8923 of 2012 has been complied with.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I do not intend to proceed further with the contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
