Sri Surendra Desai, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri N.S. Pattabhi Rama Rao, learned counsel representing Sri Nandigam Krishna Rao, learned counsel for the respondent-company, state that the issue arising in this writ petition fell for consideration before this Court in W.P.No.33343 of 2012 and batch. They state that the decision rendered in the said batch would therefore govern the case. A copy of the common order dated 31.03.2015 passed in the said batch is placed on record. For reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated common order and in terms thereof, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
