Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Seena Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for 5th respondent.

Petitioner's grievance is that the respondents are constructing in the play ground of the A.P. Municipal High School in Proddatur town pursuant to proceedings Rc.No.01/A/2013 dt.14-09-2017 of 4th respondent. 3.

Sri G.Seena Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for 5th respondent, on instructions, states that the proposed construction is of additional class rooms and is only being done in a corner of the site which is not a play ground.

In view of the statement made by 5th respondent, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives in adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, in the event, there is any violation of the statement made by 5th respondent while making construction of the additional class rooms in the said school, petitioner is giving liberty to revive the Writ Petition or to file fresh Writ Petition. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
