THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.14532 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the respondents in terminating the service of the petitioners vide proceedings dated 24.07.2004, 17.07.2004, 07.07.2004 and 17.07.2004 on the file of the respondents 5 to 8 Societies in the guise of implementing Act 2 of 1994 i.e., A.P. (Regulation of Appointments to Public Services and Rationalisation of Staff Pattern and Pay Structure) (Amendment) Ordinance 2004, as highly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 13.04.2016. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
