HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No.165 OF 2017 ORDER:
Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated 27.12.2012, passed the following interim order:- "In the opinion of this Tribunal, the balance of convenience does lie in favour of the applicant. As the crime is registered two and a half years back, there would be a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the applicant for promotion to the post of Multi Purpose Health Extension Officer, if he is otherwise eligible, qualified and comes within the zone of consideration and pass appropriate orders in accordance with rules, without reference to CC.No.172/2011 pending on the file of the Special Mobile Court, Nizamabad District."

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the interim order dated 27.12.2012, the petitioner got promoted and no further orders are required in the Writ Petition (TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has acceded to the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed. 4.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
