HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRL.P.No.7056 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking a direction to the IIMetropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.1538 of 2015 in C.C.No.551 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the learned IIMetropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District, has not disposed of the aforesaid Crl.M.P.No.1538 of 2015 and kept the same pending till today though there is urgency in the matter. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned IIMetropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.1538 of 2015 in C.C.No.551 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
