THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.10921 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking verbatim the following relief/s: '....to issue an appropriate writ or order, orders or directions more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the in-action of the Respondents for payment of compensation for my land in an extent of Ac.2.70 cents, bore-well, pipeline, electricity connection, sub-mersible motor etc., as illegal arbitrary, biased, unconstitutional, against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to pay the compensation for the total extent of Ac.2.70 cents of my land covered by R S No.158/B of Darbhagudem village, Jeelugumilli mandal, West Godavari District, forthwith and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.' I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and of the learned Government Pleader for social welfare appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if the writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to submit detailed representations along with supporting documents to the respondents 2 & 3 and the respondents 2 & 3 are directed to dispose of the same in strict accordance

with the procedure established by law, within a timeframe, the ends of justice would be met.

Learned Government Pleader endorses the said submission. Having regard to the facts and submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to submit detailed representations along with supporting documents to the respondents 2 & 3 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that in the event the petitioner submits such representations, the respondents 2 & 3 shall dispose them of as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two (02) months from the date of receipt of such representations, however, in strict accordance with the procedure established by law.

There shall be no order as to costs.
