This writ petition is filed by aggrieved by inaction of respondents 2, 4 and 5 in registering the crime on the complaint dated 16-03-2019 sent though registered post on 16-03-2019 and 25-03-2019.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.239 of 2019 is registered on the file of Inthezargunj Police Station on 27-06-2019. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
