It is the case of petitioners that respondents 2 to 4 are not investigating the crime in a fair manner as per complaint filed by 2nd petitioner on 02-03-2019 in Cr.No.4 of 2019, registered under Section 324 IPC subsequently altered to Section 302 IPC. Hence, the present writ petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that charge sheet is filed on 17-07-2019 before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Manuguru. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondentpolice have not conducted investigation in proper manner. In this case, it is to be seen that since charge sheet is filed it is open for the petitioners to avail alternative remedy available if they are not satisfied with the investigation done. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
