HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1985 of 2016 O R D E R :

The contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 09.10.2015 passed by this Court in WP.No.33398 of 2015, wherein this Court directed the 3rd respondent to fix an early date of hearing of the appeal filed by the petitioner, if it is already not disposed of, and then hear and decide the appeal expeditiously, preferably by the end of November, 2015.

When the matter is listed today, none appears for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the order has been complied with and the appeal filed by the petitioner was disposed of on 08.12.2016. Counter to that effect is also filed.

In view of the above, I do not see any violation of the order dated 09.10.2015, passed by this Court in WP.No.33398/2015 by the respondent.

Accordingly the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
