HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA APPEAL SUIT No.49 of 2008 JUDGMENT:

Sri Y.Ramatirtha, learned counsel for the appellants, would submit that under the instructions of the appellants-plaintiffs, a request was made to the Registry through letter, dated 04.09.2017, to list the matter under the caption, "for withdrawal".

The letter would bear the signatures of the parties. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel as well as the letter, dated 04.09.2017, permission is granted and the appeal suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
