O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed to declare that the action of the respondents-authorities in seeking to demolish structures belonging to the petitioner standing on land admeasuring 194.88 square yards bearing Municipal No. 8-3-952/1 to 08.03.952/12 situated adjacent to Hyderabad Metro Rail station, Srinagar Colony Road, Panjagutta, Hyderabad without initiating process of acquisition under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India.

During the hearing, Sri P. Kesavarao, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 has admitted that they are not going to demolish the above premises without following due process of law. Standing Counsel for 1st respondent fairly conceded that demolition of the building bearing No.8-3-952/1 will not be done

without following due process of law.

Hence, respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed not to demolish the above premises without following the due process of law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
