THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.2867 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.409 of 2014 on the file of VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. Having perused the material on record, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, on the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the Court below to dispose of the main C.C. itself as expeditiously as possible.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, to dispose of C.C.No.409 of 2014 within a period of six (6) months from today.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
