Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on completion of investigation, police filed charge sheet before XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, and cognizance being taken vide Calendar Case No.356 of 2016 and the matter has become infructuous. In view of the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
