Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in laying power transmission lines through the petitioner's lands admeasuring Ac.1.27 cents and Ac.1.96 cents in R.S.Nos.220/6 and 225/2 respectively of Ragolapalli Village, Pochavaram Village, Tallapudi Mandal, West Godavari District. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for respondents that they are laying transmission lines through the petitioner's lands as per law, and if any compensation is due and payable to the petitioner, they would pay the same in accordance with law.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of ninety days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
