Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to avail the remedy under the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
