B/O RRB 09.12.2021 LK,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2021 Petitioner/A-5 filed this application to relax the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 18.09.2020 whereby the petitioner was directed to appear before the SHO, P.S.

Dabeerpura, on every Sunday between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/A-5 submits that petitioner is an engineering student and he has been complying with the orders passed by this Court. He further submits that the entire investigation is completed and the condition of appearing before the SHO on every Sunday may not be necessary and the same may be relaxed.

On the other land, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that investigation is not completed. However, he does not dispute the fact that petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Taking into consideration the above submission, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner/A-5 shall appear before the Station House Officer, Dabeerpura P.S., on first Sunday of every month between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm.

The I.A. is ordered, accordingly.
