HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT C.R.P.No.2860 OF_2017 ORDER:

The petitioner is aged about 77 years and claims to be a senior citizen.

The petitioner filled O.S.No.42 of 2015 in the Court of the IIAdditional District Judge, Kurnool at Nandyal for partition and separate possession of plaint schedule properties. The instant revision is filed seeking a direction for early hearing and disposal of O.S.No.42 of 2015.

After perusing the material available on record and taking note of petitioner's age, the revision is disposed of by this order. " The petitioner is given liberty to file petition for advancing the date of hearing and for expeditious disposal. The petitioner, if files such petition, the trial Court is directed to consider all aspects and proceed to hear and dispose of the suit as per the directions issued by the High Court in the matter of senior citizens" .

There shall be no order as costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
