THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13240 of 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed by the petitioners with a prayer to issue a writ of mandamus to declare the action of the respondent No.6 in preventing the petitioners from fencing the land abutting the compound wall of the NFC, admeasuring 20 meters in width and 160 meters in length, in Sy.Nos.22 and 23 situated at Mallapur Gram Panchayat, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct acquisition of the said land.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Rajeshwar Rao, learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 6, on instructions, submits that the respondents 1 to 6 are not concerned with the subject land in the writ petition. Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, appearing for respondents 7 and 8, also submits that the State Government is not concerned with the subject land.
3. Recording the above submissions of the learned counsel appearing for respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J September 30, 2019 KTL
