When the matter had come up for hearing on 19.01.2016, none appeared for the appellant and there was no representation on its behalf, and therefore, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the appellant and there is no representation on its behalf. Therefore, the appellant is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.
