HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3541 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.595 of 2018 on the file of Women Police Station, DD, Hyderabad District. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 31.12.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, DD, Hyderabad District, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, vide C.C.No.18418 of 2019. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
