When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the third respondent, vide letter No.E2/2426/2017, dated 21.08.2017, requested the Tahsildar, Quthbullapur Mandal-fifth respondent herein to enquire into the matter and submit a report. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, no action has been taken thereafter. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue and the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation & Common Area Development appearing for the respondents, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, with a direction to the fifth respondent to take action as per law, pursuant to the letter bearing No.E2/2426/2017, dated 21.08.2017, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
