2. Petitioner herein seeks pattadar passbook and title deed on the ground that on the basis of a purchase of land in R.S.No.225 admeasuring Ac.2-08 cents and an extent of Ac.8-76 guntas in R.S.No.226/AA, aggregating to Ac.10-84 cents, of Lakshmipuram Village, Kalluru Mandal, Khammam District, under registered sale deed bearing No.962/2010. Petitioner applied for pattadar passbook under Form 6-A of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, by paying the requisite fee in mee-seva as early as on 21.03.2013 on which respondent No.3 issued a public notice
under Form-8 calling for objections. Petitioner states that since then the matter is pending and though a third party sought to object, he could not submit any documents in support of his claim. But, however, the matter remains pending with respondent No.3. Hence, he has approached by the present writ petition.
3. Since petitioner's application is pending from 2013 onwards and respondent No.3 has already initiated appropriate enquiry, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.3 to examine the petitioner's application in the light of the report of the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
