No.2 of 2025 (For Being Mentioned) This application is filed seeking permission to post this Civil Revision Petition under the caption 'for being mentioned' seeking to amend the Original Suit number as 'O.S. No. 59 of 2024' in place of 'O.S. No. 50 of 2024' in the order dated 25.04.2025 passed in C.R.P. No. 1476 of 2025.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioners argued that inadvertently in the order passed by this Court on 25.04.2025 in C.R.P. No. 1476 of 2025, the Original Suit number is mentioned as O.S. No.50 of 2024 in the 2nd line of 1st paragraph and 1st line of 2nd paragraph and that the said error needs to be corrected.

Having perused the record and since there is an error mentioning the Original Suit number, the relief sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the I.A. is ordered by amending the Original Suit number as 'O.S. No. 59 of 2024'

in place of 'O.S. No. 50 of 2024' in the order dated 25.04.2025 passed in C.R.P. No. 1476 of 2025.

The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments.
