Scheme for Appointment of Arbitrator 2000 praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to appoint a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences in respect of tender dated 19.05.2011, awarding letter dated 03-092011, Bank Guarantee Bond No.021GT01120760001 dated 16-03-2012 and Agreement namely "Contract for display of commercial advertisement at RUB adjacent to Hi-Tech city station towards Hafeezpet" And whereas the High Court upon perusing the Application and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri R.A. Achuthanand, Advocate for the Applicant made the following ORDER: "Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 19-06-2015. In addition to Court notice, petitioner to give personal notice to the respondents and file proof of service".
