This appeal is filed assailing the award and decree dated 13.08.2012 in M.V.O.P.No.411 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - II Additional District Judge(F.T.C.) at Parvathipuram. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal.
