The matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and accordingly, an Award was passed on 25.02.2015.

Hence, the Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 25.02.2015. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
