Sri N.B. Sudarshan, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the memo dated 21.09.2017 before this Court stating that the parties to the Writ Petition have settled their disputes outside the Court and hence, sought for permission to withdraw the same. Permission is accorded and the memo dated 21.09.2017 is taken on file.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
