HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.14092 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner complains inaction against respondents in registering FIR on complaint dated 22.12.2012 and 23.04.2013 as illegal.

The complaint is placed as annexure P1 and to the pointed query of the Court, whether the said complaint is given to the Police Station having the jurisdiction, the learned counsel after perusing the endorsement submits that there is no material to show that the complaint is also given to 6th respondent who could have acted in the matter.

In view of the above omission, this Court is not prepared to examine the writ prayer. The writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.
