THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24675 OF 2012 ORDER:

Questioning the alleged inaction on the part of the 1st respondent in disposing of the revision dated 06.08.2010, filed by the 2nd respondent, against the orders of the District Collector, dated 06.08.2010, whereby the District Collector ordered recovery of amount of Rs.6,15,648/- from the 2nd respondent herein.

When the matter is called, written instructions furnished by the District Collector (Panchayat wing), Adilabad, have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader, wherein it is stated that vide Government Memo No.17656/Pts.II/A1/2010-7, dated 03.09.2012, the government dropped the further action against the 2nd respondent herein.

In view of the above development pending writ petition, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
