THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 39488 of 2014 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "...to issue writ or direction preferably writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in proceeding with the investigation in Crime No.153/2013 dt.20.8.2013 despite repeated representations as illegal arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent 2 to 4 to conduct investigation and file charge sheet against the culprits as per law without any further delay."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has produced before this Court the written instructions issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Aswaraopeta Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, and stated that investigation into Crime No.153 of 2013 was completed, a final report was filed referring the case as false and proceedings dated 26.02.2016 were issued by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Palvoncha, to that effect. In the light of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
