THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.41371 of 2015 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioners pray that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the memo No.3334/LTR-2/2015-1 Dt.30-5-2015 made by 2nd respondent rejecting stay orders pending revision petition Dt.27-2-2015 preferred by the petitioner herein on its file against the orders Dt.19-10-2013 in I.A.No.57 of 2010 of the 3rd respondent confirming the orders Dt.6-7-2005 made in LTR.Case No.

471/98/KGM on the file of the 4th respondent, in violation of principles of natural justice and without considering the evidence on record and its lack of jurisdiction under the regulations 1 of 1959 and 1970 and in violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." By the memo dated 30.05.2015, the Government of Telangana refused to grant stay of the order dated 19.10.2013 passed by the Additional Agent to the Government, Bhadrachalam, in I.A.No.57 of 2010 in the appeal filed before him. By the said order, the Additional Agent to the Government, Bhadrachalam, refused to condone the delay of 562 days in the presentation of the appeal.

This Court is at a loss to understand as to what purpose would be served by seeking stay of the said order before the revisionary authority. That being so, this Court finds no irregularity in the order passed by the revisionary authority, the Government of Telangana, in refusing to grant stay of the said order.

The writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. This order shall however not preclude the petitioner from availing

appropriate remedies before the competent forum in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
