In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the petitioners claim that, in similar circumstances, one Sri Balaiah had filed W.P.No.11392 of 2005 and this Court had passed an interim order on 17.05.2005 not to dispossess the petitioner therein from the subject land. W.P.No.11392 of 2005 was, subsequently, disposed of by order dated 25.06.2013 directing the respondents therein not to dispossess the petitioner therein from the subject land except in accordance with law. Following the said order, and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners except in accordance with law. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
