THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.833 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for School Education has informed the Court that in pursuance of the orders dated 24.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P. No.8027 of 2019, the case of the petitioner was considered and the respondents have decided to continue the petitioner under suspension, by proceedings dated 05.08.2019.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the same.

3. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings, he is at liberty to challenge the same.

4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
