HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.14482 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not continuing the services of petitioners as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct respondents to continue petitioners' services and to regularize the service of petitioners in pursuance of the circular No.PD-30/1997, dated 24.04.1997 issued by respondentCorporation.

This Court granted interim order on 18.07.2003 directing respondents to continue the services of petitioners subject to availability of work.

Advocate for writ petitioners submitted that in view of interim order, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
