This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Crime No.164 of 2013 on the file of Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad registered for the offences under Sections 448, 506, 354, 323 and 34 IPC. Now, it is represented that investigation is completed and charge sheet has also been filed. In view of the same, the cause in this petition has become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh petition, if he is aggrieved over the filing of charge sheet against him.
