24.07.2023 ML,J I.A.No.3 of 2023 The present application is filed by the petitioner - accused No.3 seeking relaxation of bail condition of reporting before the police concerned, on every Saturday between 10.30 AM to 05.00 PM till filing of the charge sheet, as per the directions of this Court dated 08.06.2023 in Criminal Petition No.4773 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been attending before the police concerned as per the directions of this Court dated 08.06.2023. He further submitted that the petitioner hails from Jharkhand and attending before the police concerned on every Saturday is causing inconvenience to the petitioner.

Considering the difficulty expressed by the petitioner and protecting the interest of prosecution, this application is partly allowed directing the petitioner to appear before the police concerned, on every Second Saturday of the month between 10.30 AM to 05.00 PM till filing of the charge sheet, instead of on every Saturday of the month.
