ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 03.09.2013, in W.P.No.1836 of 2013.
By the above-mentioned order, this Court directed the respondent to identify suitable land within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Today, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TS) placed before the Court letter bearing No.D/652/2016, dated 08.02.2016, of the Tahsildar, Machareddy, wherein he has informed the Government Pleader that an extent of Acs.5.00 in Survey No.523 of Maddikunta Village, Machareddy Mandal, Kamareddy Division, Nizamabad District is identified and that accordingly, he has issued proceeding bearing No.E1/486/2013-1, dated 16.12.2015, allotting the land in favour of the petitioner. He has further stated that pass book, title deed and patta
certificate were prepared and handed over to the petitioner along with the physical possession of the land. Along with the said letter, the Tahsildar has sent a copy of the pattadar pass book and other record showing grant of patta to the petitioner.
In the light of the above documents, which reveal that the respondent has identified, granted patta of alternative land and handed over possession of the same to the petitioner, the order of this Court stands complied with and the contempt case is accordingly closed.
