HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13192 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in proposing to lay road through petitioner's agricultural lands.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned counsel appearing for respondents 5 and 6 basing on written instruction submits that there is no proposal to lay road through petitioner's agricultural lands; and that the earlier proposal for laying road was also deleted from EGS Scheme. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to lay road through petitioner's agricultural lands, except by following due process of law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
