The petitioner who is accused in Crime No.335 of 2015 o f Saifabad Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 468 and 471 I.P.C., filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner-accused was already arrested and hence, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
