This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC to withdraw O.P. No.14 of 2011 from the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Nirmal and to transfer the same to the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Asifabad, for trial and disposal in accordance with law.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Sandeep, learned Advocate, representing Sri S.Surender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Transfer CMP is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this transfer petition, shall stand closed.
