The learned counsel for the appellants would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.1698 of 2010 on the file of the VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit. 2 .

Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
