THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition Nos.23817, 23836 and 24164 of 2016 COMMON ORDER: (Per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri G. Narendra Chetty, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that these Writ Petitions were filed questioning the Revisional Show Cause Notice issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Andhra Pradesh, and, as the revision itself has been subsequently disposed of, the cause in these Writ Petitions do not survive and the Writ Petitions have become infructuous. All the three Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
