Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Transport (Telangana) for respondent nos.1 to 3. 2.

It is stated by the counsel for petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Transport (Telangana), for respondent nos.1 to 3, that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.01.09.2017 in WP.No.29630 of 2017 wherein this Court had followed the order dt.28.08.2017 passed in WP.No.28795 of 2017. 3.

Therefore, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner herein to make an application before the 2nd respondent for release of his vehicle bearing No.AR-01-J-5215, and on such application being made by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law preferably within a period of three (03) weeks thereafter. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
