HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.177 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.S.No.421 of 2004 from the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, Amalapuram, to any other competent Court of jurisdiction at Amalapuram, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous and no further orders need be passed in this petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
