This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action in pursuane to the representation submitted by the petitioner on 25.04.2019 and the reminder representation on 24.05.2019.

When the matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted with a question as to what is the authority of the 2nd respondent to take action on the representation of the petitioner and for the said question the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the writ petition can be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority in respect of his grievance against the 3rd respondent.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority in respect of his grievance.
